Questions
When does Pro launch?
On 18 October 2026, with Toll's App Store release. Your year of Pro starts on launch day, not today, and until then you have the private beta.
What's in Pro?
Unlimited journeys and tolled picks, 500 AI pages a month, the readiness forecast and your full history. Without Pro, you get one active journey, up to 3 tolled picks and 30 AI pages.
How do I get it?
On 18 October, open Toll, tap You, then Founding member, and enter the email you paid with. Pro switches on for a year. If anything goes wrong, reply to your welcome email.
What happens after the year?
Pro then renews through the App Store at the normal price only if you choose to subscribe; nothing renews on its own.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, any time before Pro launches. Email sam@tollhq.app and we'll refund you through Paddle, and if Pro never launches, everyone is refunded.
