Who we are

Toll is made by Not My First Codeo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14592589, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF.

The Toll beta

Toll is an iPhone app in beta. The beta is free and runs through Apple's TestFlight app. Because it's a test version, things may change, break or be removed, and the beta may end.

The founding-member offer

Founding members pay £34.99, once, including any VAT. Places are limited to 50. For that, you get:

• The private beta, now: your TestFlight link comes in your welcome email
• A founding-member badge in the app
• A direct line to Sam
• A say in what gets built next
• Your first year of Toll Pro from launch day, 18 October 2026, activated in the app: You → Founding member → the email you paid with

Toll Pro is the paid plan of the Toll app: unlimited journeys and tolled picks, 500 AI pages a month, the readiness forecast and your full history.

How you get Pro. Pro launches with Toll's App Store release on 18 October 2026. From then, open Toll → You → Founding member and enter the email address you paid with: Pro switches on for a year from launch day, or from the day you paid if that's later. Pro then renews through the App Store at the normal price only if you choose to subscribe; nothing renews on its own. If you do subscribe, that subscription is between you and Apple, under Apple's terms.

Payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, Paddle's buyer terms apply too, and Paddle emails your receipt.

Refunds

Toll is in beta and free. You're paying now for your first year of Pro. Until Pro launches, it's refundable in full: email sam@tollhq.app. If Pro never launches, everyone is refunded.

Refunds are in full, to the way you paid, and are made through Paddle. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. This promise is on top of your legal rights, including the 14-day right to cancel, and doesn't limit them.

Once Pro has launched and you can switch it on in the app, your year of Pro has been delivered. If it won't switch on, or something's wrong after that, email sam@tollhq.app and we'll put it right.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law.
